Time for some actual welding to take place.
We started with some metal strip measuring 40mm x 6cm.
Using a larger hammer and a vice, shaped it.

Now tacked in place. The whole process took approx 3 hours.
We now need to drill the holes in the seat mounts to absolutely check that the seats are in the right place before we permenantly weld the rails in !
