As part of our efforts to improve on the aerodynamics of the car, we have been trying a prototype on a new front bumper.
We want to try and keep some of the standard lines of the car, so we started by removing the front chin spoiler and mounting it lower down.
This gives us an additional 10cm of depth, giving 60mm of ground clearance approximately once we have fitted the front diffuser.
The bumper theoretically is more aerodynamic, with the only holes whowing being for the front mount intercooler and brake cooling ducts
Now, just a question on how to transfer from our mock up, to the real thing, and how to attach the front diffuser
